catagories. These form the basis of the list below. Naturally, aspects
can be
omitted or added to every course in order to meet your
aims and desires.

Sales in English
Various
aspects of sales will be looked at in this course. We'll start with
company and product descriptions and end with specific skills, e.g.
presentations and negotiations. An important theme in this course is
building business relationships. This area covers recommendations and
explanations in restaurants; city tours and small talk. Topics in this
course can be added or completely removed as you please. 30 up to 50
hours are recommended in order to learn the material.

Purchasing English
Buyers
can search outside of their own countries to try to get the best price
for materials needed by the company. In order to get these better deals
you must be able to efficiently communicate in English. You need to
discuss contracts, write inquiries and orders, negotiate terms and
complain politely but forcefully. These subjects plus much more are
found in these lessons. Hours needed to cover all areas may range from
30 to 50. Naturally, these lessons can be customized to fit your
specific needs. |

English at trade fairs
This
course has been specifically designed to meet the special needs you
have while participating in a trade fair. Areas covered in this course
are: introducing yourself and your company; talking about and comparing
your products; small talk, presenting your company's innovations and
making arrangements. 20 to 30 hours directly before trade fair
participation will be a great help and other topics can certainly be
added. |

Secretarial English
Secretaries
need English to deal with international customers calling or writing to
their companies. Skills to handle these special customers, such as
correspondence and telephoning, will be trained in this course. Whether
you are a newbie at an international company needing a good foundation
to start from or a long-term veteran just wanting a fresh-up, this
course is for you. 20 hours can give you a good basis and can be
extended up to 40. Specific needs can be discussed before the course
begins.

English and finances
In
this course, you will be taught how to explain and discuss financial
situations. The most important documents and their functions will be
talked through. You will be prepared to be able to talk clearly and
effectively about reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements
and much more. Diagrams, banking and stock trading will also be looked
at. Obviously, each topic in this course can be discussed more
intensively or completely removed. |

Conversational English
This
course is great for one-on-one or group lessons and can be designed to
cover any subject matter or topic. The main point is to talk. A
vocabulary list will be made at the end of the lesson and covered at the
beginning of the following lesson. This programme is also great to
practise job interviews. Any number of hours can be taking with this
course.

Travel English
Are
you planning a trip? And worried about your English skills? Here's a
course just for you. This programme has been set up on the basis of
real-life situations, for example: immigration, customs, car rental,
restaurant, directions, hotel and shopping. In order to keep lessons as
realistic as possible, copies of real forms, which you will need on your
trip, will be provided to learn from. If you have questions only about
certain areas we can leave out the parts you don't need. You need ten to
thirty hours to work through the material.

Technical English
This
course was created for YOUR area of expertise. Therefore, the planning
of the course needs your complete support and input. These means that we
learn about your work, assignments in your job and the vocabulary from
your industry. Technical drawings and data sheets from your company or
industry have to be brought into class, from which we can draw
conversations about technical specifications, tools, functions and
production. 20 to 40 hours are needed to accomplish the material.

Telephoning for Beginners
Your
customers' first impression of your company depends on how professional
their calls are received. In this programme we'll work on connecting
callers; putting customers on hold and taking massages. I will help you
find your own method to deal with callers professional. You'll need 10
to 30 hours to learn everything.
